Law of Tort Examination 2017 part A
Candidates sitting the University of London International Programmes LLB Law of Tort examination in 2017 face a compulsory part A consisting of questions about the article by Nicholas McBride, ‘Michael and the future of Tort Law’ (2016) 1 PN 14 -31.
Part A carries 25% of the overall mark for the Tort examination.
